Center Marcus Camby, whom the Raptors acquired as part of the trade that exiled sent Andrea Bargnani to the Knicks, has agreed to a buyout of his contract. The 39-year-old was owed $7.5 million over the final two years of his deal.
Camby, who won the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2007 and has four times led the league in blocks, expressed a desire to play for a contending team. Camby played for the Knicks during their Eastern Conference championship season of 1998-99, but has never won an NBA championship.

Those Sixer fans should look at Van Horn's contract maxed out for many years. He hasn't shown any improvement in his five years. ESPN has just reported that the Knicks, Scott Layden, has turned down a deal.
