A man has broken the world record ( for distance run in one week on a treadmill.

I still can't figure out how jogging on a treadmill or a petition to the UN will bring about world peace, but I'll give him credit for trying.

That makes me tired just thinking about it. But I will definitely not start a war now that this wonderful feat has been accomplished.

As they say on Conan O'Brien...

*BOING* What in the worrrrld?!

“Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster and the theory of Atlantis?”
“Ah, if there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you say.”

He was making some obtuse references to Madden again this morning. I've not heard all of the show yet, so I don't know the full story. We lost the third hour today so the local station can televise their podunk minor league baseball team.
