Wacky...this past weekend, driving past Lambeau Field, I spotted a car with Wisconsin sesquicentennial (read: 1998) custom plates, spelling out this message:
I never thought I'd see Magnum TA fans again. His only work I saw were clips on "WCW All Night" of his old NWA feud with Flair...the one where Flair gets him a tailored suit, and Magnum rips it to pieces in the ring...the old ring inside the WTBS studios with "NWA" in gold on the blue ring apron, with international flags in the background, and the interview "desk" nearby. (When the hell was that, anyway?
Uh...reaction, Magnum TA fans?
Star wipe, and...we're out. Thrillin' ain't easy. . . THE THRILL ACW-TV/Home Video Technical Director Emeritus...and A2NWO 4 Life!
If you can get your hands on it, he had a brutal best of seven series (the original, not to be confused with the "Benoit vs Booker T best of seven to get a shot at Fit Finlay's WCW TV Title") with Nikita Koloff during the month long Great American Bash 1986. This was a tremendous matchup and the commercially availiable GAB 1986 tape has match #4 on it.

No. I've noticed that F4W is now all excited when they see the phrased used in a non-wrestling context, reporting that someone's "copying" WWE. But I'm quite sure it's been standard corporate-speak for a long time.
