Currently best known for the District on CBS, but the younger folks and game show junkies might remember her as "Chief" on Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.

That's awful. I loved The Chief. It's the reason there's a Chief character in my Satires.

Man...that sucks.

Satire 03/10/03 (wienerboard.com) <- No kidding, right?
Buffy 7.16 gets a 7.65372 Andrew is funny, but I'm not sure that we needed "The Andrew Episode".

Damn, this is bad. She was kinda cool on that Carmen Sandiego AND she blew away the bad guy in "Shaft."

I think after her "Chief" stint on WITWICS?, I always smiled after I spotted her in a different role. And yes, she ruled in Shaft.

Thanks, Lynne.

She also frequently showed up on Law & Order.

Well Mr. Burns had done it.
The power plant had won it.
With Rogers Clemens clucking all the while.
Mike Scioscia's tragic illness made us smile.
While Wade Boggs lay unconscious on
the barroom tile.
We're talkin'...
Softball.
From Maine to San Diego.
Talkin'...

Mattingly and Canseco.
Ken Griffey's grotesquely swollen jaw.
Steve Sax and his run-in with the law.
We're talkin' Homer...

I knew the name sounded familiar, but I couldn't place where I knew it from until I went to imdb.com. She was the radio DJ in The Warriors!

Well, damn.

She was also the pain in the ass school board member that tried to get rid of Joe Clark in "Lean on Me".

(falls over)

She was in all THAT? And I couldn't recognize her on The District?

The Hollywood Reporter is (err...) reporting that Gandolfini does NOT want to do another season. This whole lawsuit thing is a way for him to get out of his contract and not because he wants more money.
