I could see where someone could think they could find a dark spot to pull over on 575, since it's a poorly lit highway. But then he woke up when the cops got there and just like that he bolted. It may have been the best reflexes he's shown in years.
But seriously, the case of Luger is just getting sadder by the year, and I'd hate to see him or anyone else end up just another statistic.
