Makes sense to me. This guy is the only player worth a damn on his team, and he still puts up amazing numbers each and every year. The fact that he gets the yards that he does behind that line playing on a team against which you could reasonably put eight men in the box on every play is outstanding. He's worth every cent.

Has anyone seen the stat that the 8 Super Bowls in New Orleans, and especially the 5 in the SuperDome have been huge blowouts. The average margin of victory in New Orleansis over 20 points, while in the 27 other Super Bowls it is about 14.
