That said, Go Pens. Promote this thread!

Plus, once NASCAR starts in February, I don't bother with hockey. ...on a roll!

The only impact I can have as a fan is to without my economic dollar and that's what I will do for this season. No tickets. No merch. No Center Ice. Mark Coale Odessa Steps Magazine presents

If it gets me an extra few months of entertainment til football season then I am ok with it. The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.

Life is good again though I will admit that the super local train home after Rangers games really sucks. I know my kids are trying to kill me

The Penguins are having a deal for the first 4 home games of the season to kinda make it up to the fans. 1. Each fan entering the game gets a voucher for 3 free food/drink concession items. 2. All Pens merchandise sold at the arena is 50% off. Just wondering if anyone else's team is doing something similar for their fans?

NHL teams that have outdoor CFL stadiums (like Calgary did) are Edmonton, Winnipeg and Montreal. Montreal's outdoor stadium can only fit 25,000 people (it was 20,000 until recently), so that might not be ideal.
