I'm just wondering if they want Test to be a face or a heel. I'm not sure. It's like they're giving him a mirror image of the Randy Orton push - rather than "I think they all love me", it's "I know they all hate me".
I think he's just playing the doofy heel who's whipped by his pretty manager with stupid ideas.
I should have listened to spf2119 about HHH because he is the smartest Wiener around.
Since everyone else is doing it (ok, not EVERYONE, but...)
Vikings (2-5) - It's time to sweep! 11-5 baby! (Okay, maybe not.) Badgers (6-3) - Well, we won one. Thanks for playing poorly Michigan State! Buffy 7.5 earns a 9 out of 10 because Anya is really damn cool this season. The flashbacks were funny (another musical, Joss?). The continuity from past seasons was tremendous, and just about everything else clicked for me. Plus! Barely any Dawn!
Unfortunately, after all these years, the E still hasn't figured it out. I do believe Test is a heel, but you can't have somebody regularly say stuff like "testicles" and remain a heel. Why do I know this, yet they don't? They're the ones who do it for a living!
EDIT: Right after I hit "send," I realized I turned this into a Triple H thread, and I'm not going to be one of those people, so I have removed the reference. You're welcome!
(edited by VK Wallstreet on 28.10.02 2330) Rip says death is too good for you. Rip says the worms are too good for you. Rip says the maggots would choke on your rotting flesh.
Man, who came up with THIS idea?! I've got to believe that either Vince Russo's still writing for WWE on the side or he's got some kind of demon spawn running around in Titan Towers. I mean, COME ON! Testicles? It's just so freakin' juvenile!
"See Nash, you can wear any Halloween costume you want to, but you know and I know that you're only half the man that I am - and I have half the brain that you do."
I don't know about you guys, but I would mark out for test if he started wearing a funny hat (and different pants) and calling himself Testiculo! Without his disguise, he is mild manner moron, Test... When he is Testiculo, he has no super powers at all, except for the power of having a ridiculous name, and a funny hat (and different pants). I think that'd be funny for about two weeks.
Maybe I'm just really immature, or I watch too much Conan.
Did anyone happen to notice that even Test thinks it's a stupid idea? People are panning this angle like the testicles reference is SUPPOSED to be funny, whereas it's just a stupid idea that Stacy came up with that Test is following along with for reasons best left unspoken yet would make a best selling DVD. I sometimes wonder how much more entertaining the show would be if people actually understood the jokes they were flaming.

Thanks... it's almost like these jokes are going over everyone's heads here. It's funny because he thinks it's a dumb idea, not because he's getting depushed for not cutting his hair. I think there's a tendency to overthink things.
I think this is one of their more inspired angles. Test plays a dopey big buffoon very well, and really, who here hasn't smiled and played along with a very bad idea in order to get nookie from someone they find attractive. I like this enough that not only am I able to declare myself a Real Fucking Moron, but I am a Testicle!
Well I like it, but it seems the plan is to eventually turn Test face, furthering the gap between number of faces and number of heels ever more. However, according to Murphy's/McMahon's law, we can probably count on Booker, RVD and/or Spike Dudley to turn heel in order to combat this.
Originally posted by The GoonOn another note, no matter how much fun we make of Test-his gimmick, his tights, his face, he still gets to nail Stacy Kiebler. Talk about having the last laugh.
and it makes you wonder what SHE sees in him....doesn't it?
"So this is the Pacific Northwest, huh? What a dump," said Angle, "Why do we have to come to Seattle? If it wasn't for Kurt Cobain and 'Frasier,' nobody outside this rain forest would even know who you people are."
Speaking of Ren & Stimpy, remember their wrestling episode called "Mad Dog Hoek"? Man, but it'd be so cool to see someone come out on RAW or SmackDown some night and execute the "flying butt scissors" on their opponent.
