Bradley Cooper's first movie as the solo headlining star made some money this weekend and came in at #1 at the box office, but I thought it kind of sucked. A pretty good first act and interesting premise gets squandered, but what irritated me the most is I never liked Cooper's character, didn't agree with almost anything he did, and didn't want him or anyone else in the movie to succeed. There are a lot more interesting possibilities from the premise that Limitless could have explored than what it actually did.
I don't think too many characters isn't really an inherent problem, assuming you guys like Parks and Rec as much as I do. By having a whole town to go to the well for, it really opens things up. See also: The Simpsons.
