Bradley Cooper's first movie as the solo headlining star made some money this weekend and came in at #1 at the box office, but I thought it kind of sucked. A pretty good first act and interesting premise gets squandered, but what irritated me the most is I never liked Cooper's character, didn't agree with almost anything he did, and didn't want him or anyone else in the movie to succeed. There are a lot more interesting possibilities from the premise that Limitless could have explored than what it actually did.
Well....it didn't suck as much as I thought it would. I think I'm still planning on finding something better to do with my half hour between The Office and Jersey Shore (this season's gotta be almost over, right?)
