| #6 Posted on 10.4.03 0607.29 | I've seen another yellow Beetle around here that actually has "CRZ BUG" license plates - totally freaked me out. Unfortunately, I didn't get close enough to see if I was driving THAT one, too.

| #10 Posted on 10.4.03 1124.05 | | Back in "the day" ('86) when all we had to do was cruise on the weekends, there was a Fierro with license plates that read "Missy 69". We were 16, and of course, very intrigued by this license plate... until we saw the car's driver, that is :-( I still think that was a classic case for a bad choice of plates. | SchippeWreck

| #11 Posted on 10.4.03 1133.47 | Friend of mine from church told me this story once (sounds made up...but it's still one of my all time favorite stories)...
A spoiled rich girl named Whitney at his high school had just gotten a new car from her parents. She wanted to get a vanity plate. She decided on a variation of "I'm Whitney's". Problem is, THIS is how she spelled it:
IMWTNEZ
Yes, "I am wet and easy."
Not too bright...but INSTANT popularity. :)
