“I think under the right circumstances I will [have one last match],” Lesnar told ESPN’s Jon Robinson. “I think if Vince McMahon and I were able to sit down at the same dinner table and break some bread that we could come up with some kind of game plan. At the end of the day, I'm an ultimate fighter. That's who I am and that's who I'll always be. I was an entertainer but at the end of the day, I'm still as real as it gets. I think a lot of things have to fall in the right places for something like that to happen.”

It would be interesting to see if UFC brass would ever cut Lesnar the kind of deal that would let him make a one-night-only appearance in WWE. Conventional wisdom says there’s no way, but the mere fact that Lesnar’s image appears in the newest WWE video game is perhaps a sign that the fight company would consider extending its biggest draw certain courtesies not available to just anyone.
This makes some sense for both companies, and one wonders how much say new broadcast partner FOX would have in nudging such a deal. Also, NBC, who airs Mania specials, might wanna piece of the Lesnar/UFC pie on their limited rasslin plate.
Honestly, as a UFC and WWE fan, this seems win-win. I could even see some fading UFC names (Rampage Jackson) drift into the WWE to boost their UFC commodity.

If I remember correctly, Brock is on the outs with Dana White. I think White said he was contracted for a few more fights and then that is it. Brock is either a shot across UFC's bow or the UFC/WWE relationship is stronger than we think. He would be a massive draw as long as its against a good opponent and he doesn't lose a lot when his contract ends.

I think you remember incorrectly.
Brock's their biggest draw, the only unavenged defeat on his record is to the current HW champion and Dana's not stupid. Last month he called rumours of Brock retiring "ridiculous" (source Sherdog (sherdog.com)). As long as Brock's willing and able to fight I'm sure Dana won't be ushering him out the door.
I have a great idea: Brock Lesnar should have a UFC match and then when he leaves the cage, he should have a brief meaningful staredown with the Undertaker. I believe this could generate a lot of attention, especially if it happens to be caught on video by a reporter. Thoughts?

It's been done.
How about this one? After Brock has a match, Taker sneaks into the cage and grins until an impromptu brawl erupts. Get the Diaz brothers involved somehow. Maybe bring in Gus Johnson to condemn it to the nation. $$MONEY$$

Only if Joe Rogan comes in to help out Lesnar and then Carlos Mencia comes in to help Undertaker, setting up what is sure to be the best tag team match in history.
IGN.com (ps3.ign.com) quotes Lesnar about potential opponents while confirming he's in the upcoming THQ game.
Lesnar noted there is one former WWE superstar who could easily lure him back to the ring - 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. "[Austin] chicken-sh**ted out on me and walked away and didn't want to participate because he thought that I was getting something too fast too soon and he felt threatened by me." Lesnar also noted there is "a guy that's been on a winning streak for a long time that somebody needs to step up to the plate and finish the winning streak." A suggestion of a match with Cena or the Undertaker, perhaps?

How about Brock tries to leave the Octagon and UT shows up and slams the cage door on his head?
It's worked before (and imitated millions of times too).
Meltzer said THQ brokered the Lesnar deal for the video game after they saw the excitement for his confrontation with Undertaker. Brock and WWE signed a licensing agreement a few months ago to use his name and likeness for the video game and whatever else (toys, etc). Dana is cool with it but is pretty adamant about him not doing wrestling while fighting in UFC. But Vince, Brock, and Heyman have a good relationship now and it's basically a foregone conclusion that he'll do some big wrestling matches when he's done fighting.

A match with Undertaker at his age would be a trainwreck. A match with an MMA enthusiast like Punk would be entertaining. A match with Cena, especially if they play up their history, would be MONEY!
And it's times like this I wish Batista was still around, because he seems like he'd be a perfect fit for Lesnar's return match.
I'd be more excited for a Lesnar return than anyone else right now.

Has Batista popped up anywhere recently? I imagine he'll eventually come back one day too, but he's getting up there in age and was carrying a ton of bulk for a guy that fragile.
I haven't seen him since his exit promo, which was fantastic, but I always assumed he'd be one of those guys that pops up after years of being away looking like all hell.

364 days of the year, it probably would be. But a one-match-a-year Undertaker going all out in a Wrestlemania main event, living out his dream of being a UFC fighter and working a bunch of MMA spots, would probably be pretty special. Plus he'd finally have someone who can catch him on his dive.

He showed up on, I think, Diana Hart-Smith's twitter. He looks a lot healthier, but not in how WWE gauges health.
Forget the talk about Lesnar maybe coming back for one more match, and "who should be against: Undertaker? Rock? Cena? Batista?"
BROCK LESNAR IS IN WWE '12! OH MY FREAKIN' GOD! I'm even more psyched about this game than I already was when I heard Arn Anderson was in it!

I also recall reading a Batista interview where he said he was down thirty pounds and had given up red meat and gluten. It is probably the best thing for his long-term health if he never wrestles again.
I would enjoy a Brock return, and I think it'll be sooner than we think. His diverticulitis has sapped a lot of his strength, and he's taken some serious ass kickings in his last couple fights. I don't think he can last much longer in MMA.
The thing about Lesnar/Undertaker at Wrestlemania is, surely Brock would be eating a loss, and I'm not sure that's how Lesnar would like his big comeback to go. (Unless he doesn't care about perception and just wants the big WM payday.)

There seems to be some smack talk going on between Lesnar and Stone Cold on Twitter the past couple of days. Is this building towards this "one" match or something else entirely. Only time will tell I guess.

If your one botched move from possibly being paralyzed for the rest of your life, is Brock Lesnar the guy you really want to have that one last match with?

I don't recall Brock being someone who botched a lot of moves on others. Just the occassional SSP where he tries to kill himself.
A Taker - Lesnar match could be interesting. A Cena match would only be good if Brock gets to DESTROY! Cena, just for the great display this will have.
