I am way more into college sports now, so as a HUGE Maryland Terrapin fan, I can't stand Florida State football or Duke basketball most of all.
Pro wise, I hate the NBA: Lakers, Spurs NFL: Dolphins, Steelers, Patriots, Raiders, Redskins, Cowboys.. quite a few football teams. NHL: Rangers, Avalanche, Panthers, Lightning MLB: Red Sox, Indians, Rangers, Yankees, Braves.. quite a few baseball teams actually.
As an Eagles fan, I'm duty-bound to hate the Cowboys. Other than that, I can't work up a lot of hate, although I do have a vague resentment of the Yankees (and did even when I lived in New York; I was a Mets fan almost from toddlerhood).
"The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?"
College: USC Trojans, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Tennessee Volunteers, Oregon Ducks and the Michigan State Spartans.
Hockey: New Jersey Devils, Anaheim Ducks, Toronto Maple Leafs and the Colorado Avalanche.
Football: Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys.
Baseball: New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians and the St. Louis Cardinals.
I don't care about basketball at all, but I absolutely loathe the current 'superstar' nonsense that the league has continuously changed the rules to bring about. Which also leads me to dislike the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Denver Nuggets.
I hate the Vancouver Canucks. Though...I hate their fans more than the team themselves.
I've seen EIGHT movies so far this year: Because I Said So - (2*); Borat - (5*); Children Of Men - (4*); Fantastic Four 2 - (4.5*); Knocked Up - (4*); The Last Mimsy - (4*); Shrek The Third - (3*); Spiderman 3 - (3.5*)
MLB: Red Sox and Yankees. Can't hate the Cubs, it's more a pity thing being a St. Louis fan. Red Sox fans suck though so they top the list by a mile. Plus maybe having something to do with that World Series sweep of the Cards.
NFL: New England. Again, crappy, crappy fans. Attitude from fans and players. Plus maybe having something to do with that Patriot Superbowl win over the Rams.
NHL: Detroit. Fuckin Red Wings spoiled so many seasons for us Blues fans. Making fun of Kris Drapers face getting mangled was our only peace back then. Monkey boy.
College: You would think being an FSU guy I would say Florida and Miami and I do sorta hate them. But a special hate is reserved for Tennessee. So overrated for so many years. Plus maybe having something to do with that National Title win over the Seminoles. WE HAD A GOD DAMNED WALK ON AS QB AND YOU BARELY WON, WTF ARE YOU BRAGGING ABOUT????
Any team based in New England, New York or New Jersey. I work in a customer-service-related field and 98% of the customers that come from those three areas are amongst the most foul, inconsiderate pieces of garbage I've had the misfortune to be around.
Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves.

You know what's funny, a while ago during the summer Gary Bettman had a couple interviews on sports radio here. Most Red Wing fans (including myself) are rather sick of the heavy West-Central schedule and want a move to the East, more Original 6 games, and preferably both. He responded by, truly shocked, asking why the Red Wings would want to give up our bitter rivalry with the Blues.
Honestly no one here really even notices the Blues existence except in the distant parts of their memory, when they recall that Brett Hull may have played for them prior to 2002.
Baseball: Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies, classic NY archrivals. Florida Marlins for killing us for two straight season finales and especially for rubbing it in at the Shea finale. Chicago Cubs just for their crybaby pussies of fans. Football: Dallas Cowboys, same as baseball. Plus, I can't stand Jerry Jones as a C-rate Steinbrenner. Basketball: NY Knicks, just for their total incompetence. NASCAR: Some may say it isn't technically a team, but I just love it when anyone associated with Robby Gordon fails miserably. He's nothing but a spoiled brat living off his his pop's money and having only won his couple of races in the dirtiest fashion possible. College: Notre Dame. Your time has passed. Get over it. Other: LA Galaxy. David Beckham is the most overrated athelte today. Loved seeing them choke it in the championship game on sunday night to a team with a regular season losing record no less.
I would love to see Duke/UNC at Cameron Indoor Stadium. I'm not a huge college basketball fan, and I have no allegiance to either team, but you can't tell me watching a game at Cameron doesn't look and sound like the most fun (not to mention loudest)
