Its funny because actually almost all wrestling books/DVDs have some pretty funny recommendations on them. I looked up Pipers book, Dynamaite Kids book, Missy Hyatt's, the Austin DVD, the NWO DVD, and even the rock and Hardy DVDs have some pretty damn funny recommendations. If you need a laugh go and check those out.

"Walking for Everybody: Beginner Level" for the NWO DVD is my favourite of the whole buch of them, although "Brock [LARGE PRINT]" for the Hogan DVD comes close.

Congrads HomerJ both of your recommendations went through. (Does it go automatically or is someone actually moderating this and letting it all go through) lol

This is just too funny, best use of wrestling smarkism ever. I had a real good laugh over this.

I'm just clicking wrestling product links and the new Piper book has "Cracking the Coconut: Classic Thai Home Cooking". NWo's "How do succeed in Business without really trying" and of course Chyna playboy video = "Crying game"

But agree with tomvejada. Nothing compares to the HHH in quantity and quality selections "In Bed with the bosses daughter" and "Necro File" LOL

They are added automatically after a short wait, and aren't moderated unless there are complaints. A Pat Robertson book had some interesting recommendations, so those were erased. They've since returned.

My review of Lawler's book has yet to be published

"The artistic world has not been graced with a presence such as this since Joe Don Baker donned a plaid sportcoat and took on evil under the moniker of "Mitchell". This book is the tale of a struggling farm boy in 1830's England, who, upon finding his prize calf 'Winky' tortured to death by a Samurai warlord, goes undercover in the New York disco scene in order to truly find love. He has both the bravado of a young Eddie Deezen and the pathos of Marvin Hagler.

The character brings all emotions to the table. Some noted scholars have described him as peaceful, some as vengeful. This incredible conflict comes to a crescendo when he and his girlfriend, an Indonesian woman named Svetlana, visit the Superdome in New Orleans under the guise of Svetlana following her dream of being a cheerleader for the Seahawks.

Bravo to the author! The most dreary of days have been enlightened by the presence of this magnificent tome. My copy of "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche" is now off my bedstand, and this book takes its place there, and is sure to be a constant inspiration in the remaining days of my life."

P.S. I added the 'In Bed With the Bosses Daughter" to the HHH DVD list as well. I'm so proud it made it to the top of the recommendation list.

It's got a bunch of new recommendations as well, but "In Bed..." has 10 people that agreed with me! #1 on the instead of list "Who's the Funny-Looking Kid With the Big Nose? (Peanuts Classics)".

Heh, that HHH list is GOLD. My favorite is "The Burying Field".

I tried to add "Too Many Puppies" to the Lawler list, but Amazon won't let me because I've never ordered from them before.

Seriously, people, have jaded Internet smarks REALLY taken it to this level? I mean, I got a nice chuckle when I saw the Triple H list, but now I'm just getting worried by the influence of smarks.

The average man that goes to Amazon will see these lists and either the joke will fly over their head or they'll learn to become as cynical as us. And does wrestling REALLY need more cynical bastards out there?

Well, only about 2% of all wrestling fans are people who go to the internet newsboards, and subscribe to the Observer, so it will just go over their heads, and they'll think nothing of it. So no harm, no foul. I personally find it go for a laugh. Personally, I think the IWC should get more and more cynical until Vince grows some common-fucking-sense, and actually realizes that the last thing we need is more Triple H main-events.

It's up on both lists, now.

The new stuff:

4. Face-Lifts: Everything You Always Wanted to Know 1
5. Kat's Cradle 1
6. Too Many Puppies (Hello Reader (Level 2)) 1
7. No, He's Not a Monkey, He's and Ape and He's My Son 1
9. 365 Puppies-a-Year Calendar 2003 1
10. Take My Wife, Please!: Henny Youngman's Giant Book of Jokes

2. Too Many Puppies 1
3. Lolita (Vintage International) 1
5. Child-Lovers: A Study of Pedophiles in Society 1

And I'm guessing they really don't check the reviews too well either. It seems mine got published.

I think Foley's first anti-Orton promo -- the one where he punched himself in the face and busted himself open so it looked like he was crying blood -- definitely qualifies as a weird moment.
