What's his contract status? Will he be back in Kansas City next year? I picked him up for my fantasy team a month ago and I'm wondering if he has keeper potential.

The rumours are the Chiefs want to give him touches to elevate his trading status and get some defensive players for him.

I personally think they should trade Holmes while he still is high profile and can demand high value, but what do I know.

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
Roy.

Mort (or maybe Len) reported the other day that since Blaylock's contract is up, and since Larry was a 1st round pick, they're going to keep Larry on and let Blaylock walk. I'd be surprised if Larry is gone next season, even though it seems that Vermeil doesn't like him.

Isn't the MVP award basically a reward for a poorly constructed team? If you have someone who, if injured, could not be easily replaced, doesn't that mean you need to get better backups?
