Pandas are People Too!!! Interview after interview I read about Vince or someone saying that they know they've screwed up and they want to make a return back to good storylines, and feuds.

And to give them some credit they've tried...a little. With feuds like Edge/Angle and RVD/Eddy. But those are really the only gems in a total bunch of crap.

Now this could be a really exciting time for the WWE. They have a lot of new faces ready to be brought up and built. They've brought up Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar and Leviathan. Yes, step in the right direction. But its the only step in the right direction.

So with that I'll address what really they need to do to make this more of a good brand again.

Tag Teams. WWE is sore on this spot. Yeah they've got a few in development, but those are new guys and no one wants them to be cannon fodder. What I would suggest is bringing back up Jindrake and O'Haire first off. Not two of the best workers, but they should be able to go by now. Then you've got two well established tag team veterans who would do well. Make a special draft or something and get back The Impact Players with Lance and Justin Credible. Dawn Marie is coming in, perfect timing. Then if Vince had some brains he'd snap up the West Hollywood Blondes...but oh wait, they don't want another Jericho in Lenny, one too many guys to hold down I guess.

The Cruiserweight Division. Wow, what a mess this is. You have some awesome talent here, but ah, there's no TIME for these matches. The WWF doesn't want these guys to outshine the main event talent. Fine, put them in the early card, and book it between two segments instead of matches. Cut down on the bullshit we could find out in two minutes of talking, and you can give at least 8 - 10 minutes to these guys.

The Heavyweight Division needs a lot of help. Man does it ever. For a company that lambasted "other" companies for using over the hill talent, Judgment Day pretty much did just that. It used over the hill talent for a main event. NO ONE wants to see that. Man...If Triple H and Austin are still in it then fine, but they need to learn that just like Rock they can have a good storyline that DOESN'T involve the belt. They really need to let some new talent run with the heavyweight belt. Angle and Edge would have been a great one, and then in a few months they can reignite the Jericho and Benoit feud. Toss in guys like Booker T, Rob Van Dam and Eddy Guerrero and you'll have yourself a smooth Heavyweight division.

The WWE has a lot of guys coming back in off the injured list. Benoit, Kanyon and Mike Awesome to name a few. And while Benoit won't be up to speed (much like Austin when he came back) for a good couple of months, he'll be there. If the WWE can capitalize on these three talents then they'll definitely have a good start. Who wouldn't love to see Awesome take on Lesnar in a power feud??

Take some risks. Hey, let Steph have the month off and let Paul book Raw or Smackdown for awhile. See how he does things. Heyman booked last year's Benoit/Jericho feuds with HHH and Austin. He's also one of the best managers in the biz. I mean, he controlled the Dangerous Alliance in WCW!! Let him run with the ball. Let some of the other writers run with the ball. I don't know about any other business but in comics if you can't write a good story and sales are declining on your comic, you're off the comic.Just look at Howard Mackie. Spider-Clones galore! They finally got him off the book and now look at Spider-man! Well the same needs to be done with Steph. Daughter or not, get her outta there.

Anyhoo...just a few thoughts. Build up a solid midcard with new faces and get those old guys outta there. But Nash will be back in weeks...well, I'm gonna go tell my toilet what I think of that.

Another problem is the fact that WWE has to put on a month of consistent TV to get people caring again. One good show here and there won't get people back in the fold. It is like WCW, they used to do a reset, do 2 good shows back-to-back and then be back to the same old crap. You have to be consistent to get people to care. Because judging by the lack of posts on this board compared to when it was launched, many have stopped caring all together.

January 4th 1999 - The day WCW injected itself with 10 gallons of Liquid Anthrax...AKA...The day Hogan "Defeated" Nash to win the WCW title in front of 40,000.

I guess that's part of my point. They bring a guy in like they did, he screws up apparently badly enough that they don't want to put him in there with a main guy (I'm assuming that their plan wasn't to put him over random jobbers for weeks on end)
