They haven't fired him for his other DWI/various arrests through the years, why would they now? Plus, it got the brand name TNA on TMZ, so he gave them publicity. Might be a raise in order for Kurt for that.
First time, I think it's a shame and hope Kurt gets himself in order soon. Next few times goes from sorry to pity at his not having learned his lesson yet.

----------------- just under an hour from where I live. I wonder if TNA will take action like firing?

About an hour where I live, too -- and not too long after I drove that same stretch of road.
I wonder why he was in the area. Did TNA have a live event nearby?
Nevermind, just saw that TNA was live in Woodstock VA (I'm guessing at the Shenandoah County Fair). Would have stopped on my way back from Blacksburg if I knew that!

While I have no doubt that anything will happen, it's interesting to note that TNA just fired Matt Hardy for the same thing.
Originally posted by odessasteps The obvious joke is I guess that angle was upset over his low ranking on the WWE DVD list, since he angrily tweeted about it last week.
He's got a DVD out? Where? I don't see it on Amazon.

I had seen glancing over the headlines on 411 that he had been arrested again, but had no idea it was this close. It's kind of funny. Cops in that area are known hardasses.
Am I in Horseville? Because I'm hearing nothing but naysayers!

State police have now said he WAS over the limit for the initial test at the scene, and failed several field sobriety tests. The 0.06 number Angle and his attorneys have been touting - and every news site has been running as gospel - was from a second test done later at the police station. I can't BELIEVE how boneheaded this guy can be.

Well at least he's getting his name out there while launching his comeback for the Olympics.
Wow ... the first nvdaily.com article says Angle was stopped at 11:10 PM. The next one says he was arrested at 2:06 AM. Was that first time incorrect, or did it really take three hours on the side of the road to take care of this??
Special mention for the sit down Shield interview they've been running on Wrestlemania Today. One of the best they've done since JR set down with Foley in 1997. It's in three parts, final part coming Saturday.
