Only a number of people knew about Snuka murdering that women and the police never pressed charges thus it has become an urban legend. As for Austin, he was left sometime in May and didn't return until February, so he was punished in a way for almost nine months. I also believe Debra did not press charges. So, living in this ADD generation we forgot about the Debra deal. What TNA is doing now is saying to the locker room and fans, we spent a lot of money to get Kurt and by God, we intend to suck everything we can out of him. As well as saying Russo's booking must be seen through no matter what the cost. To me, this an incident where I am embarrassed to be a wrestling fan and yes, as a Yankee fan I was embarrassed by A-Rod, Petite and Clemens especially Clemens.
