I saw that injury that Detmer had in the MNF game and all I can say is "OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". I'm not a swearing man, but I cam close to almost cussing after seeing that.

Koy's injury was nasty man. It was damn cool how all the players wished Detmer good luck while he was on the cart. That was classy. | odessasteps

i remember that monday night game when the eagles knocked out all 3 Skins QB's back in the late 80's and RB/KR Bryan Mitchell (a current eagle) was taking snaps because he could throw pretty damn good, and was the starting RB and was running the option all night...

Brian Mitchell was an option quarterback in college. He didn't become a running back until he hit the NFL.

The same year the Cowboys collect on Michael Irvin's career-ending and near-paralyzing piledrive into the turf of Veterans Stadium. ;)

| #11 Posted on 2.12.02 1239.37 | Instant Rating: 0.00 | Here is why Koy rules:
Every year before the season starts he goes to Target and buys a new suit (cost <$100) which he wears every week of the season. Yesterday they interviewed him after the game and he was dressed in a flannel shirt and looked like he had not shaved for a week.

From the infamous Wrestleline SS interview:
DTD: If you were to make changes in WCW, if you were in charge and not Ric Flair, what would they be?
SS: I'd get rid of all the old guys, and push the talent that has waited to get the push. The things they are doing, it's back in the 1980s. It's just bad, man. Flair doesn't even deserve to be on the show. You've got to get rid of all the old guys. Like what Vince did, they started pushing guys. Nobody knew who The Rock was 2 years ago. He made The Rock. Now The Rock just did Saturday Night Live. You've got to start with the young talent, talent people can relate to. Who are we trying to relate to if we've got a 50 year old man out there? Are we trying to relate, so a 50 year people and above will go out and buy a f*cking little toy? That ain't gonna happen. It's a f*cking joke.

| #12 Posted on 2.12.02 1331.13 | Don't you mean "cost < $100"?
Because the way you wrote it means it cost more than $100.
Matthew: You would've loved it, David. A week in a foreign country, strange people, strange customs... Dave: Oh, I know what you mean. I've been to Canada. |
