The Calgary Flames today announced that they have signed goalie Miikka Kiprusoff to a "multi-year deal". Finnish newspaper Iltalehti reports (in FINNISH) that the terms are 3 years, $10 million.

Also, ESPN's E.J. Radek revealed (in ESPN.com's Insider section) that Flames defenseman Rhett Warrener has signed a 4-year, $9.4 million contract ($1.9 in the first year, $2.5 in each of the last 3 years).

Youngsters Chuck Kobasew & Matthew Lombardi are the only holdovers from the 2003-04 Cup Finalist squad still not signed.

I'm a Wings fan, and I'll be the first to admit they played like crap. I'll also say that NEITHER team was helped by officiating. There were horrible, awful calls against Detroit the whole series. But there were just as many against the Oilers.
