Well that was a hell of a contest. I had just read an article on ESPN Page 2 by the Sports Guy on how today's NBA can't compare to the NBA of the 80s, save for the Kings and Mavs, and boy he was right. I live on the East Coast, and it was about 12:20 before the game was over, but I stayed up, glued to a fabulous game. And Bobby Jackson...serious serious balls. The three to tie the game would have given any sane coach a heart attack.
What about the Hornets? I don't get it either, but they allegedly could win it all (at least in the conference), from what I've heard. They may not have one ginormous superstar (Baron Davis hasn't hit "Ginormous" stature yet)
