WWE star Kia Stevens did not deliver a healthy baby boy on December 31st, despite what she told friends. Kia tells TMZ the child tragically died before she was able to give birth.
Kia tells us she is still devastated over the loss ... and initially lied to friends about the child being "healthy" because she was incredibly emotional and was afraid to tell the public the truth after announcing her pregnancy on live TV.
Kia says she's finally coming to grips with everything ... and wants to help other women in her situation.
"I am planning to start a foundation for women that have experienced the same thing" ... Kia says ... adding, "It's a bigger club than people think."
Kia tells us she's already organizing several events to raise awareness ... and will have information about her foundation available on her Twitter page in the near future.

Yeah, just never even mention it again. Just put her against Beth at Mania for the dream match we all wanted a few years ago when she was in TNA. Give her a big payday and push her like a monster, don't try to use this as an angle to build sympathy for a character who does not need it.

I'm glad they gave her the spot to dump Cole and then take a quick exit. Returning to the ring will help promote her efforts to start a foundation, but I hope she's able to determine when she's fully ready to get back on the road.

I think that match was called off once WWE found out the truth. Not as any kind of punishment, but because she's had psychological problems before and she needs to make sure she's in a good place mentally and emotionally before she starts working again.

I wonder if they even knew about the miscarriage at that point in time. She could very well have been telling WWE the same story she told everyone else.

I dunno. After a loss like that, if you want to do something special for her, wouldn't you have her throw out a big name? Like, I'd have her eliminate Jericho or Henry or someone, not the biggest annoyance on TV right now. (and technically, she didn't eliminate him, Booker and Lawler did)
Either way, I don't want her back until she's mentally ready to be back, and if that means no Beth v. Kharma at WM, hey, sacrifice I'm willing to make.

To be fair, we don't know the extent that all parties were on board with both situations. Exploitation derives the connotation that it was somehow forced.
Regardless, all thoughts to Kia/Kharma.
