In all honesty, did anyone see Daniel Bryan taking off as well as he has from back in his ROH days or at the beginning of his WWE career?
Not really, but did Daniel Bryan have such an awesome character back then? He rose to the occasion with the entertainment aspect, combine that with the excellent skills in the ring and it really is no wonder he made it so big.
I was excited to see him (and CM Punk) come into WWE. Even though I'd never seen them wrestle, I knew their names, and wanted to see what they could do. I never anticipated either of them doing so well, though!
And I'm *still* trying to figure out what the deal was with having Bryan lose every match on NXT.
