Last year's Dolphins/Titans game (which was also moved because of a hurricane) was only telecast in Miami and Tenessee. For more details on that, goto http://slate.msn.com/id/2106697/
But then again I happen to know that the Wisconsin high school football season ends today ( http://www.wiaawi.org/football/compositeschedule.pdf ), which means that the game wouldn't be going up against any scheduled high school games around here, and therefore could be broacast. But from a Google search, I see that's not the case everywhere.

Yeah, there's still a couple weeks left in the high school football season here in Ohio. And you don't mess with high school football in Ohio.
I actually think it's a smart move by the NFL to not broadcast it nationally. All it takes is a few people raising cane about how attendance was lower than normal at their local team's game and the NFL gets a black eye. | redsoxnation

It's not a black eye that the NFL is worried about, it's because Congress passed a law stating that the NFL can't go up against high school or college football on Friday and Saturday. Even going into the home markets they open themselves up to that possibility. That's why the NFL doesn't run on Saturday until the college season is over. The sad thing is this is a sports Friday that desperately needs an NFL game, especially for those who wouldn't go to a high school football game if they were paid to go. | Bullitt

BTW, the league said that the game will be shown Sunday night on the NFL network, time TBA.

Miami fans WITH the Sunday Ticket are screwed, because it won't be shown anywhere other than over the air in the two markets of Kansas City and Miami.

If I promise to watch it after Sunday with the commercials intact, is it legal for me to watch it at home since it would be for home use. Would I need the express written permission of the NFL to download and watch it?
I think I probably would have gotten this game on Sunday, which is why I ask. They seem to love the Chiefs here, and the Williams homecoming is slightly newsworthy.

Some got it, some didn't.
I got to see it here in Halifax, but a friend (and huge KC fan) out in Calgary didn't get it on his Sunday Ticket.
