If he chooses to pull a Spanky and return later, that's his decision, but for now, the WWE obviously doesn't have what he wants as an employer. I actually respect him more for walking away and searching for that ideal situation rather than stay and allow his skills and name to slowly dissolve to nothing just because creative wasn't doing their job and using him correctly.

I don't anyone would dispute that he has the right to seek employment elsewhere if he thinks that it will be better for his career. However, I think it's, if not babyish, then naive for him to come to the WWE and think that he would be getting a push his first month in the company given his size, name value, and past experience. In wrestling there are usually a certain amount of dues that a person of his stature has to pay before they get a push. Then again, perhaps there was more to it then just not getting pushed. If he felt like he was a complete then I might understand why he wanted to leave. Incidentally, I don't see how appearing on TV every week for the number one wrestling promotion in the world could hurt his name value. I doubt many people really knew who he was before his stint in WWE.

Well he's technically been working for them since the first quarter of this year. Also that probably wasn't the ONLY reason he quit BigSteve.

Well, it looks like they finally announced it according to LoP (lordsofpain.net):

"Frankie Kazarian and WWE have parted ways. We suggest you don't pick him for your roster."

that's quite funny.

I just found out Frankie will be appearing and talking about his WWE departure at PWG's "Smells Like Steen Spirit" (prowrestlingguerrilla.com), which I will be attending. so, if there's anything quite shocking or dramatic, i'll add it on here.

Just as a follow-up, Grubby and I did indeed attend PWG's "Smells Like Steen Spirit" last night, and Frankie made an appearance to open the show. He began his much-anticipated promo by saying he wanted to tell us a little something about the "WWF". The crows was all, "Oooh he said F." But he went on to say the WWF is a fine organization that has done lots of good work helping animals and creatures. (Ha ha.)

He said, in the 80's, the WWF helped such animals as killer bees, British bulldogs, and red roosters, and later helped such animals as rabid wolverines, rattlesnakes, and brahma bulls.

He concluded the brief promo with, "But lately, the WWF hasn't done anything for anybody." Short, and somewhat classy.

Later, Frankie made a surprise wrestling appearance, teaming with Petey Williams against the tag champs El Generico and Human Tornado. Tornado and Generico had come to the ring wearing long wigs, and Frankie told them they wouldn't get anywhere in this business if they didn't cut that hair, which sent Petey into hysterics.

I just saw a clip of Human Tornado (who I'm totally unfamiliar with otherwise) on the web, and it was awesome and hilarious, although Tornado looked out-of-control-sloppy in some (most) of his high spots. How was the match?

The highlight of the card, hands down. Tornado and Generico are are pretty much a comedy team, and far too skinny to be taken too seriously out of the indies, but their chemistry is gold, and they hit just about every high spot perfectly last night.

The match totally saved the show. The main event, Samoa Joe vs. Super Dragon, which should have been awesome, was a glorified squash, with Joe just MURDERING Dragon.

Two Skinny Black Guys held their own against the former X-Division champs. As SchippeWreck said, they're a great comedy team. Tornado is really entertaining and even busted out the Pounce (yes, the pounce) during the match. that was funny. I have yet to see the match myself, but he had an awesome singles match against B-Boy practically killing himself. Tornado is known though for the crazy distance he gets on his dives. It's incredible.

He was just voted SoCal's Rookie of the Year, so he's got a long way to go. He's definitely on the right track though.

Makes you wonder what he was even doing there in the first place. Guess Frankie felt he had to learn it the hard way.

From what I've been told, Kazarian was let go by WWE due to noncompliance and a better-than-you attitude -- take that how you wish. I'm actually surprised he's been as nice as he has been since his departure considering the animosity between him and the office from day one.

Holy. COW. That's some funny stuff. I love the Pimp Backhand after no-selling the crotch attack. Even better, when the opponent tries the Flair uppercut and hurts his own arm. This could easily be the next Shark Boy.

That is the single greatest promo I've seen. Anyone know if that's him on the music?

Someone with a national deal, sign this guy posthaste.

I'm pretty sure that's the theme from Human Tornado, the Rudy Ray Moore '70s film.

The sample at the beginning ("He's a Human Tornado!") is from the Rudy Ray Moore film, so you both get a gold star!

I don't usually like to do this but here goes. The way I see it there is only four possible guys for the main-event at WM: Austin, Angle, Jericho, and HHH. It's gotta be a face and heel or two faces or no one will care.
