I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't respond to a post like this one, but it's for your own good:
1)Are you sitting here telling me that you think people (not just the people who read the Torch or Observer, but anyone) actually believe the guy behind that mask's real name is KANE?
2)As I said, I don't read those newsletters, though there was a time when I did and I can tell you they take themselves seriously. No self-respecting journalist would publish the sentence "Kane is considering retirement." Kane is a storyline, Glenn Jacobs is not. Now, while a quick search for "Kane" or "Glenn Jacobs" on the Observer site showed only mentions of match results (when of course they'll call him Kane because it's storyline), I can tell you from my own memory of a time when I did reads those sheets that they refer to wrestlers by their real names when discussing real-life events.
They wouldn't say Stephanie married Triple H, they say she married Paul Levesque.
The Blue Blazer didn't die, Owen Hart did.
The Undertaker didn't take time off for his wedding, Mark Calloway did. And so on. In fact here's one ancient (wrestlingobserver.com) Observer news update that mentions Paul Levesque:
The WWE is off tonight for Stephanie McMahon's wedding to Paul Levesque in Tarrytown, NY.
I hope you learned something about credibility from this nonsense.
I've done enough watching and writing and reading to be able to see a production (film, TV, book or theatre) in two ways: watching the story unfold and watching how the story unfolds. This inevitably extended to wrestling.
