If they can't prove a cause of death, I don't see how they're going to come up with anything better than circumstantial evidence to convict this guy. Sure, all common logic says he's guilty, but I have a feeling he's gonna walk.

The rumours going around are that the Modesto PD picked up some pretty incriminating stuff when exercising their search warrants, but they're still keeping it secret. (Of course, I hear all my rumours third-hand....but if I had anything more credible, I probably couldn't say it here anyway, so there you go!)

I would be mildly amazed if this happened just because of how airtight the PD would have to be to keep this information from the public.
