The Marvel-related TV show is the most interesting side-part of this. Could it be a 'West Coast Avengers' kind of thing that allows for several of the lower-tier heroes to band together against lower-tier threats? (Also opening the door to a future film adaptation.)
Well, it looks like the Serenity/Dollhouse/Buffy/Angel cast who don't have a beef are sitting by their phones. This is great news.
Alexis Denisof as Moon Knight! Adam Baldwin as Wonder Man! Anna Hutchinson as Ms. Marvel! Amy Acker as Scarlet Witch! Enver Gjokak as Quasar!

Fuck! No!
Keep that whole bunch of fucking underwear models and nobodies away from my Marvel characters. I actually like Nathan Fillian, but I still don't want to see him as 'insert character here'. Fucking hell, no.

Yeah, I think that is the worst comment of the year. Plus what is left for Marvel to play with our nobodies. All the big names are pretty much taken.

Hal Jordan? Vigilante? Steve Trevor? Captain Hammer?
I said Marvel characters, you only quoted what you wanted to, Mr. Fox news man.

Now your just fucking with the drunk dude, cause out of everything you have ever posted, you're saying THIS is the worst comment of the year? Do you ever reread what you type? This quote alone, from you, has already won Best Irony Quote Ever.
They'll have to tiptoe around the new Hulk TV series won't they? I'm trying to remember a franchise existing on two different networks simultaneously ... Actually, yes, Whedon's own Buffy and Angel were on UPN and WB.
Man, that guy and TV are a bad romance.

Can't you two see that you're in love with each other?
This is great news! I was really hoping that if Avengers was successful Whedon would get stronger support from television networks that he wasn't able to get while airing the ill-fated Firefly and Dollhouse. Maybe his next series will last three whole seasons this time!
I think studio rights issues would prevent this from happening, but it occurs to me that Joss Whedon would be a perfect choice to mount a May Parker/Spider-Girl series.

Now we know what happened to Aqualad and it's a shocker. Just a few bits of dialogue filled in the past five years: Tula died on a team mission, Aqualad blamed his friends and discovered Black Manta is his father, then went to join him.
