If you somehow haven't heard about this, Nike and LeBron james have been working hard to confiscate and conceal video of Xavier University sophomore Jordan Crawford throwing one down on LeBron James - AT the LeBron James Skills Academy no less.
TMZ.com touted that they were going to have exclusive footage today at 6:45pm EST, but their video is from a cell phone and looks like one pixely blob dunking over another pixely blob.
Exactly. Imagine how fast this (non-)story would've died if Nike had never confiscated the tape in the first place?
(SIDE NOTE: Isnt it funny how we still describe it as a "tape"? How much longer until we stop using "tape" to refer to footage of things? Come to think of it, it probably should even be called "footage" anymore!)
He wasn't posterized, he was just kind of in the area of a dunk. Sometimes it's probably better not to draw attention to such small little things when you are The King.
Lebron had the tapes confisated because of this? He was barely near the kid when he dunked. Total overreaction on his (and his management) part.
Between this and walking off the court and refusing to shake the Magic player's hands, Lebron has been acting like a dick lately. I wonder if the pressure of trying to win a championship is starting to get to him.

In case you missed it... http://www.nba.com/suns/news/porter_080609.html I like him. I hope he does well. Then again, it's the Suns, so he'll probably do well but not TOO well...
