I really can't believe I'm going to try Fantasy Hockey, since I really only follow the Ducks. Perhaps it's a good thing I'll be in class when the draft starts.....I trust the auto-picker more than I trust myself.

Yeah - our NASCAR group (W7 Racing) has twelve members. Now, I think what's detrimental to success is knowing that the NASCAR group really doesn't take that much effort to run - it's as easy as picking eight drivers each week. Whereas, I think Fantasy Hockey requires a good amount of time to decide who's playing each day for the team, and arranging who's sitting out and whatever else.
This is kinda late, but for those who can't join the live draft, it's possible to have a pre-draft list of players to pick. If someone wants Henrik Sedin or someone else picked first, it can be set up that way if they can't make it.
We're up to eight players so far, that's awesome. Anyone gonna join in right at the bell?

Big news out of Tampa today. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=426423 Vincent Lecavalier is getting a compliance buyout, which makes him an unrestricted free agent and saves the Lightning over $7 million in cap space from now to 2020.
