The publisher of SmackDown! Magazine needs your help picking the cover of the June issue. Which image of John Cena and rap superstar Method Man would you like to see on the cover? Be sure to keep an eye out for the magazine, which hits newsstands May 11.
"Huard, gonna go back to throw the ball. Sets up, looks, throws towards the corner of the endzone...it is INTERCEPTED INTERCEPTED, THE DUCKS HAVE THE BALL! Down to the 35, the 40. Kenny Wheaton's gonna score! Kenny Wheaton is gonna score! 20, the 10, Touchdown! Kenny Wheaton on the interception, the most incredible finish to the football game!"
Dumb question, though. Who's Method Man? Can anyone recommend his biggest hit so i can check is stuff out?
SD2: April, Year 3; what's the point to the Career mode, anyhow? FF7: Disc 1; 4h into game; Cloud...bodyguard, hero, crossdresser?!? FF8: Disc 4; 42h into game; The gang against Adel (and Rinoa?!??!). FF9: Disc 1; 6h into game; Hunting down Dagger after she drugged me!
I'm gonna go with #6, for the same reason the previous guy did.
Something that kinda annoyed me slightly, though: Whassup with Method Man wearing a replica WWF Championship belt in a few of those pics, while Cena's U.S. Title belt didn't make an appearance? Were these pics taken before WrestleMania XX? If not, the U.S. Title belt seems like a glaring omission.
In any case, I figured having Method Man wear his replica title on the magazine cover (while Cena's real U.S. Title belt was absent) would put over Method Man more than it would put over Cena, so another reason I picked #6 is because of the absence of the replica.

I thought #7 was the best. Seems the most like it's Cena's cover, with MM in the background.
And SOK, Method Man was in the Wu-Tang Clan for a while, with a ton of hits there(including "C.R.E.A.M.", "Method Man", "Gravel Pit", etc..), as well as a duoship with Redman which has produced the How High movie and a platinum album, but his biggest solo hit was probably "Bring the Pain".
EDIT: Almost forgot about his collaboration with Mary J. Blige, "You're All I Need" which is the reason why all these hip hop/R&B collabos are around now. AKA, yes, he is the reason Ashanti, Ja Rule, and Nelly all have careers.
Also, Method man's previous ties with WWE was when he did The Rock's theme for the Aggression album that was released in 2000. I believe The Rock used the theme once on TV. I also think he has appeared in the crowd several times.
Cody has taken the two most distinctive moves -- the wheelbarrow kick and the Alabama Slam -- from Hardcore Holly, his mentor from way back. That's an unusual recongition of his WWE career. Or the WWE figures no one will remember Hardcore.
