Is it just me, or are the dolphins picking up a lot of talent for nothing this off-season?

If you think Joey Harrington is a "talent", then maybe. I'm sure many Lions fans would dispute that.
"Speaking of Thomases, I loved your recent Atrocious GM Summit column, although I think that you flatter Isiah Thomas far too much by suggesting that he is merely one of a number of atrocious GMs. The truth is that Rob Babcock and Billy King are Einstein next to him. The mess he is creating right now in New York will be studied by business school students 50 years from now alongside Enron and pets.com."

I gotta agree with Zim here. Hasn't Harrington had like 4 different offensive coordinators since he's been in the league. Who knows what he could do with a little consistency? | redsoxnation

If Culpepper is healthy, Joey will be carrying a clipboard. If Culpepper isn't healthy, the Dolphins, behind Harrington, will lose 10 games. Since Saban has a fascination with NFC Central QB's, are there any former Chicago QB's available to fill the role of 3rd string QB? | drjayphd

Pretty sure Henry Burris isn't up to much...

He's here in Calgary.
Nothing wrong with this pickup for Miami...a veteran second-string quarterback is a lot more than most teams have. Besides, Miami's #2 option before this was Cleo Lemon.

Like I said, not much. (ducks) Wasn't he in the CFL a lot longer than the NFL, anyway?

Last year we had Frerotte, Feeley and Rosenfels.
Taking that into account, I am all for
Culpepper, Harrington, Lemon

Also, I think he's proven incapable of running the West Coast offense, so getting him out of it may work wonders.

It's sure a lot more potential than they had last year, but Saben is taking on quite a task with these three. He's a brave man.

Brock Berlin is a pro football player?? Good grief. Somebody sign me up.
If the Dolphins are tired of NFC Central QBs, they can go for the recently cut Craig Krenzel, formerly an AFC Central QB with Cinci. Sure as hell beats Brock Berlin.

DUH! My bad, how could I forget that.
I wonder if Krenzel would even WANT to play for the Dolphins, or any other NFL team for that matter. Doesn't he have a degree in molecular biology or something? You don't get that kind of degree just for kicks.

Krenzel won his first three starts as a Bear I believe, setting the stage for rookie QB's who suck getting undeserved wins...and for that, Kyle Orton thanks him.
