Nowadays he does/did a lot of work with developmental, both in evaluating talent and training announcers, as well as his involvement in their retrospective/historical projects. Seems like there'd be few people better suited for all of the above. This sucks but hopefully in the long run it's part of the Vince/JR circle of life. (waves to Paul Heyman, Fit Finlay, Jamie Noble, and Daniel Bryan)
But entertainers have to be wrestlers as well. That's why you don't see, say, Drew Carey out there wrestling. Wait, bad example! But you get my point. There has to be a balance in the force on this one, IMHO.
