From cancer.

She had been sick before, had been treated and had gone into remission, but it came back.

By a macabre coincidence as some have pointed out on other boards, this is the same day that Jeff's former tag team partner Owen Hart died.

My sincerest condolences to Jeff and to the entire Jarrett family and all who knew Jill.

God, poor Jeff. Of all days for this to happen, on the date of Owen's death. I am sure it has been a long hard road for the family.

Dean! Have you been shooting dope into your scrotum? You can tell me! I'm hip!

Sort of reminds me of Nikita Koloff back in the 90's be he retired to take care of his wife while she was ill then went into religious preaching and wrestling. Any ways besides the point I was going to make.

That's really heartbreaking to have it be the same day Owen passed away. My thoughts are with Jeff Jarrett at this time because he needs all the support anyone can give right now.

I also believe ECW will be gone in a year. At the moment I see the WM24 main event as John Cena vs. Mr. Kennedy for the WWE Championship, but (as much as I like Kennedy and dislike Cena)
