| #2 Posted on 7.7.03 1815.15 | Chad Ford on ESPN Insider says the Pacers were pretty confident that he was going to re-sign with them, but now they are sweating Miami BIG-TIME. Apparently Anthony Carter and/or his agent forgot to tell the Heat that he was going to activate his $4.1 million option in time, and now the Heat have $11 million available under the cap.
