WARNING! I believe the episode has aired everywhere now, so I'm typing this thinking that it can't be spoiled. If it hasn't aired where you are yet, AVERT YOUR EYES and yang the computer's power cord from the wall to shut it off!
Yeah, that episode was amazing to watch. Normally I hate the guy that cleans up and has a huge lead at the end, it was fun to actually be cheering for once. I can't wait to see the next round (fourth round? How many people are left going into this next round?)
He creeped me out too. Congrats Chris! It's great to see a fellow Louisvillian doing well! I love trivia, but usually don't watch Jeopardy! regularly for whatever reason.
We TiVoed the ep last night and watched it this afternoon (as I'm a Nielsen house this week, so they at least get replay credit for that one) and really enjoyed it.
Good luck and get Jennings!!
edit: Maybe it's because I don't watch WLKY (the channel Jeopardy! airs on in the 'Ville) news much, but it doesn't seem like this is the big deal around town that it should be. I'll see if anything is on Mojo and maybe spread the word that way when I hear your next ep is on.

I agree. You probably didn't see it, but they did a local promo with Teapot on 'LKY during WOF in the half hour before and Alex called him a "legendary player". (Of course, he didn't name him, so I assume that was the up front for every local promo.
I PM'd Chris when he won, but since everyone's seen it now, I want to add my congrats and say how awesome it is to have a local guy on the TOC (and I mean a Weiner, not a Louisvillian!)
Congrats, Chris! I missed the show since I was out that night, but at least I know I can catch you on again in the future anyway, you were actually mentioned in today's update of the Observer:

way to go!

Good job Chris. The guy that won was infallible there for a bit. Hopefully, he can do the same thing to Jennings as he seemed to have a pretty good personality. We'll be watching even tho you're not there.
I live right across the interstate from where you work and my wife, my daughter and I are in there all the time, so maybe we'll see ya around.
Again, good job!!

I'm a relative latecomer, having started watching regularly during the last third or so of last season, but I am fully caught up and fully hooked. I'll leave the deeper analysis to longer-time viewers, but I'll just say...
