I love that Heenan charges him with the belt until Patera blasts him with roid rage.

Was it ever known what Heenan said during the censored part of the debate? I can't find anything on it.

No, that gets adjudicated too. Maybe it will take another 2 years to figure out.

Does anyone know if he has even been to rehab during his sabbatical?

I do: no. In his defense, he ... doesn't want to.

Not to disagree with you, but do we know for sure that he hasn't? If not, what has the guy been doing for six months? More drugs? Or is he "healing himself" again? TNA is a poor excuse for a company, but how can even they allow him back unless he made some effort to prove to them he has changed?

I was going off a story from the Observer in August.

Regarding the Hardys, those at TNA are trying to get them to check into rehab, but they’ve refused, and that’s why they haven’t been brought back.

Someone close to them insists nobody in TNA has ever suggested to either of them that they go to rehab. TNA officials have told people, and we’ve heard this from multiple sources directly, when trying to book them for appearances through the company, that TNA wouldn’t do so because they are both on suspension and said they are trying to get them to go to rehab and they haven’t done so. What is for sure is both are on suspension that nobody seems to know when the suspension will be over.

While those close to Matt said he insisted neither he nor Jeff have ever been asked to go to rehab by TNA, those with direct information on that have claimed to us “that’s a boldface lie.”

Why cant there be anybody even REMOTELY close to the awesomeness that was Bobby Heenan? The man was a genius and master of the promos.

I wonder if TNA will try to get a tie in with Spike TV's Jail in all of this.

I don't know why anybody's surprised at a light 10 day penalty. Has an active wrestler ever been incarcerated for a significant period? The only one who comes to mind is Brian Adams and that's a surprise to me, given how often certain wrestlers seem to get in trouble.

Blackjack Mulligan and Kendall Windham both served 2 years in federal prison for counterfeiting. Kerry Von Erich was looking at doing time when he killed himself.
