Apparently they feel he's been erratic and incoherent since his return, and he's already injured one person - giving Kevin Nash a concussion by landing directly on his head with a swanton. There's major worry that he's back into the drugs.
Is it time for wrestling to wash its hands of Hardy completely? I think so. Both parties would benefit greatly.| Promote this thread! | | JimBob Skeeter

Didn't they change the policy so that any strikes you had when you left the company stay with you when you return?

I think it's more that when Jeff wants to go to back WWE he will clean up but in TNA he's on vacation and doesn't give a shit. Inside source: the last time Jeff was in TNA and the last time he was in WWE. | Matt Tracker

Was he really clean back when he was in The WWE the last time? He was suspended back in '08 for a wellness violation back and then a couple days after his last show with The WWE he was arrested in a drug sting.

Amen. If this is all true, they can only blame themselves for hiring the guy. Yes, he was maybe the most popular guy in the biz last year, but even HE knew he needed to walk away from WWE. And look what he did after he walked away.
