Yeah, we covered this before.

Once again, I'd love to see him bust that move out in reversing Christian's unprettier. The setup is perfect, after all.

Kidman did a real cool counter out of it into the Kid Krusher once. I'd assume it would look something like that, only in reverse.

I always thought it would be cool if Helms did the Full Nelson into the behind the back double underhook (like Christian does) into the Vertabreaker. I think he would have to do the Full Nelson with his arms the other way (palms facing backward) to make it work though.

I just saw it too. My reaction went a little something like this:

*AJ misses the shooting star press and Hurricane gets up*

"How's he going to hit the Eye of the Hurricane from in front?"

*Hurricane maneuvers into position for the Vertebreaker*

"No... he's not gonna..."

*He executes the move*

"OH MY GOD! Vertebreaker!"

Major mark-out for the return of the coolest move in wrestling.

Kidman countered what into the Kid Krusher?

Kidman's WCW Kid Krusher was the unprettier, right?

I think the Kid Krusher is slightly different from the Unprettier but I couldn't tell you how cause a) i don't remember it exactly b) i'm horrible at describing moves anyway

But I believe Moe was saying that Kidman reversed the Vertaebreaker into the Kid Krusher. By the way, was that in the Cruiserweight Countdown match?

His KK in WCW was the unprettier.

His WWF KK (briefly anyway) was a Pedigree without the double underhook, and with Kidman facing the wrong way.

Christian hooks the opponant's arms a different way than Kidman. Kidman holds his opponant's arms out to the sides.

I never noticed that.

Then again, I always WAS annoyed at the fact that he started using that because he'd lost his confidence in the Shooting Star Press. Granted, he almost killed Vampiro by landing knee first on his face with the move, and I remember him jumping up, but not out, and landing head first on the turnbuckle.

ARGH! I totally missed that match! All I got to see was Molly putting on Hurricane's cape!

But here's an AJ Styles question: Was it a normal Shooting Star Press (Cool) or was it the Shooting Styles Press (Spring board SSP! Extremely cool!) because if it was the spring board...I'm going to kick myself extra hard!

It was a normal SSP.

Damn, if I knew the Hurricane would be hitting Vertabreakas on Jakked, I would have at least taped it. I just have two questions: did he win the match with it and what did the announcers call it?

"Me: Oh, I never watched WCW.

Booker: Why not?

Me: Because WCW is 4 FAGZ!

Booker: Goodbye.

Me: GOODBYE YOU FAGGOT!

Yes he won with it, and the announcers identified it as the vertebreaker.

Oh man, that's good stuff. What is that, the first time he's hit it since coming toi the WWF? I know he's tried it a few other times, but it's never made sense to me why he would. You gotta figure that the good majority of the fans out there have never seen a Vertebreaka before so when he tries try and hit it, but doesn't what the hell is the point? I always figured he was doing it to torture me and get me pissed off that he doesn't do 'em anymore.

If he's doing the Vertabreaker then why can't Kane do a much safer Tombstone?

Because they have "outlawed" pile drivers to use as special damaging moves..
Has nothing to do with Kane I think (although I don't think you actually implied that?)

First let's see if Hurricane gets to use the vertebreaker more often..Might be a one time thing
Or..as Page told me to think (=positive). AJ Styles vs Hurricane, missing SSP and Vertebreaker..are we seeing a cruiserweight start here?

That I would love to see, they have alot of cruiserweight talent in their grap, now if they use it properly it would be mad cool.
