I usually run the latest iTunes on my home PC. Circumstances have me on my friend's Mac all week, and for some reason it will play a song and then stop. Since I'm going to be on this computer right up against a deadline writing for 48 straight hours, this won't do.
Anyone know how to configure it so it plays, you know, the next song in the playlist? I should know how to do this... and yet, no.
I know how buttfucking stupid this must look to all youse Mac guys out there, and I'm sure it's a simple problem with a simple solution. But you know, PC guy, I'm more accustomed to having a problem like this and fixing it by taking the case apart.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer to your question. You could, however, switch to one of the streaming formats so that you don't have to worry about this until a mac person can answer.
I'm assuming you have broadband acccess though.
I'll check on my wife's laptop when I get home if no one else gets back to you.
Willful ignorance of science is not commendable. Refusing to learn the difference between a credible source and a shill is criminally stupid.
I've never used iTunes on a Mac, but the only thing I could think of would be that the little boxes to the left of the song titles aren't all checked off.

I'm deciding between Netflix and Blockbuster's online rentals. Has anybody used the online streaming service with Netflix? If so, here's a few questions:
What is the selection like?
How is the image/audio quality?
How smooth is the playback?
