Through a variety of circumstances, I lost a big chunk of the music and all the play lists from the copy of iTunes on my laptop. I've got all the music backed up on an external hard drive, so I'm not worried about that. Unfortunately, the only place I've got the play lists is on my iPod and I don't want to spend hours manually copying them. So, anybody know of a way to move the play lists from my iPod to my laptop (Windows XP SP3) that's relatively quick, easy, and, under 50$, cheap?

I'm tryring to find some software that will let me convert some WMV files to anything (pref. XVid) so I can play them on my phone (Treo 600). I remember a piece of software called WinAVI, but it didn't work very well for WMVs, and was also Windows only....
