For some reason, my comp refuses to connect to iTunes's store. I've tried signing up for an account, closing my firewall (ZoneAlarm), rebooting, waiting... nothing works. I can get to the online radio stations fine, but that's it. I'm on MSN dialup, using iTunes 22.214.171.124. The appropriate holes have been punched in ZoneAlarm, too. Any suggestions? I'm fairly certain someone's gonna get me a gift card, and suck it would if I couldn't use it (I know I'm getting an iPod in roughly, oh, seven days).

With the recent windows IE issue, the fix was to use a different browser. In the past, we've pushed people to use FF via a banner add and openly supporting it. I thought that this highly critical was important enough to mention it.
