I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard as I did watching Charlie start vomiting blood all over Frank's/his date.

They were phoning it in last year with Dee's pregnancy holding back the possibilities for better stories. This year they are back with a flurry of jokes. I had to stop the DVR three times in the Jersey Shore episode.
Dee's braid getting yankeed out and Dennis puking all over himself was gold.

Just so much greatness in this last episode, it's hard to imagine how they can be this great this season after being so mediocre last year.
Sort of like  Days of Summer, except instead of meeting Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon-Levitt meets cancer. Seth Rogen and writer Will Reiser's cancer tragi-comedy hits the funny bone, tugs at the heartstrings, and has it both ways.
