Not sure how many people here are interested in this, but I'm curious if a similar kind of thing could be instituted stateside - or if it could even be enforced in Italy (with offshore spam accounts coming in, I'm sure). I like the thinking behind it, but I'm not sure how effective it would be.

| #3 Posted on 4.9.03 1616.44 | You know, you could make a case that Spamming is a far more prevalant, all-reaching problem which effects the day to day lives of many more people than Mafia activity. Maybe that's the Chicagoan in me speaking but the fact that Mob exists doesn't really bother me any, but I sure do hate spam. The email that is...i love the meat by-product Spam.

hey there's something I whole heartedly agree with you on. SPAM f'ing RULES!!!
