Yes, let's hire a man who was fired as an offensive coordinator in the preseason.

Good job Buffalo.

What?

Chan Gailey?

Seriously? All the former coaches and current coordinators in the world, and THAT's the best they can do?
They deserve to be a laughing stock.

If you can, these two organizations are hard at work in Haiti, so please give them a hand.

This team willingly hired Dick Jauron, so I agree.

Report: Harbaugh snubs Bills

At least they TRIED for him, I guess. I'm not shocked Harbaugh would pass if that's true.

As a Pats fan I am happy to see the Bills make a lateral move coaching wise. I liked this article comparing the Bills to the Raiders Click Here (nationalfootballpost.com)

Tedy Bruschi made that same comparison on ESPN earlier. And with a hiring like this, I'm not about to argue.

It won't shock me in the least if JaMarcus Russell finds a home here in a couple of years.

The last time a coaching move got so much lols from people was Auburn hiring Gene Chizik...

Oh and Kiffin has a much worse career record than Gailey and just landed in a much more stressful top position. Very few lols and complaints from the fanbase there.

I was at Georgia Tech when Chan Gailey was head coach there. I had classes and ate meals with some football players who had played under George O'Leary and also under Gailey. To a man, they all said Gailey has an incredibly weak personality. Wouldn't even so much as utter a curse word when he was trying to fire up his players. I remember when Reggie Ball was installed as our starting QB (barf), apparently Gailey didn't tell anybody of the change despite the fact that everyone on the team was under the impression another returning player (Demarius Bilbo) had already won the job. Instead, Ball just started taking first-team snaps right before the season started. None of the guys respected Gailey. At all.

If this guy can't even control a locker room full of college kids, how the hell is he supposed to handle an NFL team? If for some reason they re-sign T.O., this team is going ever further down the tubes. Talk about inmates running the asylum.

Yeah but that was many years ago.

Gailey made it to the playoffs both seasons as Dallas coach and they were 5-11 the season after he left. They haven't really improved since he's left, either.

As a Vikings fan, I approve of this move.

Keep your hands off Leslie Frazier!

Doh! Just like my coding, it's always one simple mistake that fucks me over. Who would have thought that, after having great teams last year, that the following would happen after week 6: Dallas, KC & TN would have 2 wins.
