It seems that the general consensus is that Randy Orton will face Mick Foley at Wrestlemania XX and go over in some fashion. But somehow, that doesn't sound right. Yes, Mick's always shown a willingness to put others over, as he turned Triple H into the main eventer he is today, but let's look at a few factors.

Orton has, more or less, come away with the advantage in every situation. He's delivered a majority of the beatdowns, including throwing him down the stairs and having Batista powerbomb him through a table. And let's not forget that Orton's been nothing short of a punk, even having been painted as a military coward.

I see the importance in building new stars, but this is supposed to be WRESTLEMANIA, the feel-good show of the year! What would happen if, at the ultimate blowoff show, Orton went over? Where's the heel's comeuppance?

The point of this is, I'm not sure if Orton going over is necessarily in the cards. Is there a possibility, perhaps, that Mick just might go over at Wrestlemania?

Edge: So Triple H wants me to come to Raw and fight him for the big gold belt. I've TOTALLY passed you on the card.
Jericho: Yeah, but while Triple H is burying you, I get to make out with Trish in front of millions. You tell ME who the winner is here, junior!

I thought the general consensus was that Mick and Rock were fighting Orton and Batista and going to win?

I think it'd be better for Randy to win anyway, because he'll be around in 6 months, whereas Mick will probably be off TV again by that time, and certainly not wrestling.

I figured that if they do go with the tag match that everyone assumes will happen, Rock will end up pinning Batista. That just seems to make sense to me for all four of the wrestlers involved.

Logic would dictate that the Rock and Sock team winning the tag match, and then Orton beating Foley in a singles match at Backlash.

Waitif its MLK Jr. Day AND Pat Pattersons Birthdaywho gets the token win here?-- Matt "Excalibur05" Hocking on a match between Mark Henry and Rico

MH: Whats a clever way to say that I have a penis?
CJ: UhMark, nobodys going to buy that shirt.
MH: How about if I say that Ive gotauh?
CJ: Coming up with T-Shirt ideas is hard Mark, why not leave it to the WWE marketing department.
MH: I know! Ive got it!
CJ: Got what?
MH: Stank! Thats Mah Stank! Im gonna make a fortune!!
CJ: Thats Mah Stank?
MH: On the front itll say Can You Smell It? and on the back itll say Thats Mah Stank. Everybodyll buy it because theyll think its a Rock shirt.
CJ: You knowyou might be on to something there, sad to say.
MH: I cant wait to show mah stank to Trish.

You know, I have a feeling that Spanky didnt quit, he was fired. Why? So they could repackage Mark Henry as Stanky. Think about THAT!

I don't like Orton, I don't know WHY he is being pushed SOOO hard. BUT... he should go over. Foley is a part-timer.

Orton cheats to win, it's over, let's move on and I hope the kid fails because honestly, he sucks. SO many other dudes deserve that spot.

1. It was kinda funny
2. It actually IS British (like Zed's infuriating way of misspelling color)
3. I'm pretty sure the "shut up" was more Zed laughing at Zed than Zed telling Excalibur to shut up
4. Shut up

Damn that Triple H; damn him straight to Hell!

If they keep Foley and Orton a singles match, look for Foley to cost Orton the title in the weeks before the match to someone like Jericho so Christian-Jericho at Mania will be a title defense

Somehow, i dont think Rock is going to wrestle in the match. It's not big enough for him.

I really hope Rock doesn't end up wrestling in this match. I think a much better plan would be to find something else for Batista to do (remember when Rick Rude hired Vader to defend the US title for him because he was in another match? I wonder if that could happen...) and build the match around Orton vs. Foley with legends Flair and Rock in the respective corners. It would give the two cornermen a spot on the card, so to speak, without having to a.) take up a separate match space or b.) ruin what should be the match given the way it's been built, and that's Orton vs. Foley one on one. Plus, it would give the match a little extra star power, which means a little extra rub for Orton when he wins it.

And yes, I say when - NOT if - Orton wins it. This is as close to a lock as there is at WM this year. Foley's always said, at least in the interviews that I've read, that he was planning to come back to put Orton over at WM if they came up with a good storyline for them. Also, from reading Foley's books, I don't think he's the type of guy who would want to come back just to go over the new guy being pushed.

Strange that no one jumps all over RM for commenting on something she hasn't seen. I guess that only applies to people that COMPLAIN about something they haven't seen. Right, got it...
