I just got finished watching Velocity, and the "main-event" was Dawn Marie vs. Torrie. The whole fued was recapped through-out the show, and Torrie won pretty convincingly. Dawn sulked off into the back after it was all over.

Rather than get into what a huge waste of time this angle was, and how it helped no one at all get over, let me do Cerebrus a favor and stick with the positive. This inane fued is finally over.

On the subject of discussion, now that it's all been played out, can someone tell me what those in charge were thinking? I'm guessing they wanted to do the Buelah/Kimona lesbian angle with the two, but it got shut down by UPN and left Heyman with no choice but to mercy kill it.

Boy, The Cat sure played the color commentary for what it was, didn't he? He made Lawler sound professional.

That feud would have had more meaning (other than the crappy storyline ruining it anyway) if Dawn actually, you know, WON one or two along the way.

What they were thinking is that every week it was the top-rated or second top-rated segment in the 18-24 demographic when they got their ratings points on Fridays. It was a ratings success. It was not a failure from a soap opera persepctive. My whole thinking is if they did it with guys, it would have been the best angle of the year. I mean, God...I'd have loved to see Eddy Guerrero screw Edge's mom to death. THAT'S a feud, mammajamma.

THAT was Nova? I totally didn't recognize him (having only seen him a couple of times previously).

I just wish SOMEONE that they bring up would get to keep their cool name instead of using their boring real one.

Having never watched Velocity, I had no idea WWE even employed The Cat. So when he came out of the entrance at the tapings Tuesday here in Titletown, my boys and I marked out like hell. Surprise of the night...well, at least to my uneducated self.

Now if only Vinnie Mac would've used some of the ACW talent in back.

WWF Rule: When bringing in someone with a recognized name, you must either make them use their real one OR add extra letters to their old one.

So: Rhino becomes Rhyno, Taz becomes Tazz and Chris Benoit almost become Chryss Benoytt...until they decided against it.

The Torrie/Dawn Marie feud might have surpassed Undertaker/DDP as the most one sided feud in the WWF/E since the end of Hogan's first run.

Don't forget Undertaker/Flair...that fued would've been GOLD if Taker did the job at the end. Two months of beating the shit out of Flair, his family, his friends, getting him arrested, and then pinning him clean at WM?

Point taken HoganMyDad, but I have to counteract again in saying that the overall rating dropped, and they were put in some important ratings catching timeslots alot (9PM est) where those segments usually get top rating for the show.

These last few months looked like Operation get Torrie over: So much so that they had Stacy jump to Raw from SD, even at the time Stacy was a heel but she was so darn cute that she on majority of occasions got a better response then their face Torrie.

With the rumored playboy shoot, it really looks like they were trying everything to make Torrie the "it" girl. They had her win all her matches and confrontations, and to make her a sympathetic character they had Dawn screw her dad to death. Because we all know how well that worked with BigShow & BossMan.

I think this whole thing might have made Torrie slightly more over, it made Dawn look like a total loser. But overall I don't see Torrie as anymore of a star, she's the only face on a real weak SD division.

WWE really needs to work hard to do a worse storyline then this, they just added more and more crap on top every week. Starts off with Torrie beating Dawn in TnA competitions. Then Dawn seduces Al. Dawn plans on marrying Al. Dawn tricks Torrie to have sex with her... Next week Dawn still plans to marry Al. Dawn shows video of makeout session with Torrie. Torrie all of a sudden doesn't care anymore about the wedding. Dawn marries Al. Dawn goes to the honeymoon and kill Al. Fight at the wake. Build up to a Royal Rumble match that had no heat. Followed that. Sorry.

I think it was funny on Velocity they were still pushing that Torrie wants revenge even though they reminded us that she GOT her PPV revenge at the Royal Rumble Lol. Such a disaster. Unfortunately with only 3 females on Smackdown I wouldn't be surprised for Dawn to get beaten up by TorrieBerg a number of more times along with Nidia getting her ass knocked around as well

Oh they have the internet on computers now!

Code Red, from my understanding, means all government offices and building are closed, all arenas are shut down, and We're Fucked. I doubt that'll happen tonight, but, if any retalliation occurs, then Mania could be in jeopardy.
