I think he needs to turn ASAP - but if they're dedicated to having him in a program with Edge (which I doubt - but why not) - then I can wait.
A Booker/Edge feud would be great for both guys.

The only time I really started to get tired of him was when he was in "the reason I come out here is for all you fans" mode during his first main event run in WCW (although I loved him when he came back for the last couple weeks of WCW).
On the other hand, Booker is a great heel. He is the best in the business at getting made fun of (a role Shawn Michaels played really well as a heel). His facial expressions are second to only to Regal, which is another good trait for a heel to have.
That being said, if he were to turn face it would have to be as a different character than the one he used in WCW (which he was teasing during his interview with Angle on RAW). And I do think if done right there would be a heck of a pop.
The solutions to "character is getting stale" (which Booker is) is not always a face/heel turn.

He himself said in a WWF.com interview that he doesn't know where his character is going which would mean one of two things: 1. It's going in an unexpected direction they don't want to spoil (i.e. - a face turn) or 2. They actually don't know what to do with him (which wouldn't surprise me at all).
Either one of the above would pave the way for a Booker face turn. And did you see what he did on Monday night? He came out and defended the fans. Of course, it played off like a setup so he could actually insult them even more, but I think the real point of that was to do a little crowd test to see how they'd react to a face Booker T. | Enojado Viento

Personally, I wouldn't mind a Booker/D'Lo combination. Booker and D'Lo mesh a lot better style-wise that D'Lo and Mark Henry did, that's for sure.

|  #7 Posted on 13.3.02 2056.00 | Well, with Christian turning heel (again), what's to stop a double turn at Wrestlemania? Edge goes heel and reteams with Christian (we get a good heel tag team back) and Booka T goes face. Best of both worlds!
