What a great casting choice. This movie looks like it will be as much fun as Spiderman 1 & 2 and Transformers.

Lloyd: When I met Mary, I got that old fashioned romantic feeling, where I'd do anything to bone her.
Harry: That's a special feeling.

Jumpin' Jehoshaphat that looks cool. Only problem I can see is that he's gonna have to wear the helmet a lot, which is gonna make dialogue difficult, and he's not likely to take it off 30 times like the Spider-Man movies. And I'm coming away from that footage being much more excited by Tony Stark than by Iron Man, so I'm gonna want as much dialogue as possible.

It is a good rule in life never to apologize. The right sort of people do not want apologies, and the wrong sort take a mean advantage of them.

...but Marvel is pulling everything Comic-Con-related now, so it might not be there long.

The armor's mask is generally designed like a welder's mask, to flip up and reveal his face. In the comics, he's using this all the damn time, so I won't be shocked if the movie follows suit.

With the Spider-Man movies, the problem with the mask coming off all the time is that he's always within five feet of someone who knows who Peter Parker is, and Spidey's extraordinarily cautious about his identity. Iron Man's more casual about it--the list of people that know he's Tony Stark is a lot longer, and on more than one occasion he's outed himself to the public, only to whitewash it away later.

A nice nod to Cataclysm/No Man's Land of blowing up the bridges. As much as I like Bane, I wonder if we will see Scarecrow in this and maybe even a small Joker cameo. We are getting Dent in pictures.
