It feels like the spectacle is going to revolve around Ben Kingsley's Mandarin, who's doing a fine Liam Neeson's Ra's Al Ghul impression. I'm sold on the guy as the villain.
This trailer is hinting at a much darker Iron Man and I'm not sure I necessarily like that. Yeah, I was the one that wanted Demon in a Bottle, but I also know what I like from the Iron Man movies. I like that they're fun, irreverent romps. They're lighter, campier versions of the Batman films. I've had my fill of dark superhero movies, so I hope this isn't another one of those. But I'll give Shane Black the benefit of the doubt.
Curious that there's no sign of Samuel L. Jackson yet. But the theory floating around IGN is that IM3, Thor 2, and Cap 2 are all going to be happening simultaneously.
I loved this movie. The Raph/Leo relationship was great that is how Raph/Leo are supposed to be. Raphael was never mean enough in the cartoon. Michelangelo's one liners weren't great but he also wasn't the extremely cheesy version in the cartoon.
