Not sure if this is legit or not, I cant see some of the states really having IQs as low as 90 ON AVERAGE. But, if its remotely true, I guess that headline in England about people being dumb to vote for Bush might be on the mark.

It was a column by Will Durst, a political satirist, that spun out of control on the internet. No truth to it whatsoever.

Personally, I feel the electoral college has outlived it's usefulness, and I've felt this way since before Al Gore. I just think it's ridiculous that a man can get more votes and yet still lose an election.
